The Design of Bomba Pneumatica

Generally, for industrial applications, the diaphragm of bomba pneumatica is a positive way to replace pumps applicable for the said applications. The simple application should be credited for its basic operating principle mixed with a trusted design. Additionally, the style of bomba pneumatica allows various installation types to be able to integrate any existing machine. Moreover, bomba pneumatica can be styled depending on the inlet.

The basic style of the bomba pneumatica is in combination with the high-quality workmanship and innovation.

Features of the bomba pneumatica

Basically, bomba pneumatica contains a double casing having two membranes joined by a connecting rod. Through the outside covering, these pumps are pressurized via a medium. Moreover, the inside covering is also pressurized through the use of compressed air.

The moment the diaphragm comes to an end, the connecting rod actuates the valve. This alters the compressed air towards another diaphragm which creates the beauty in art.

Plastic pumps

All the casing components getting in touch with the hydroxides and high salts should be made of a firm PE or also known as the PTFE. This is generally because of the requirements within the surface technology plant. To some extent, these types of sludge will still attack the material that is made of metal.

Moreover, this should also come with a reinforcement plate of stainless steel. Additionally, the pieces that connect the pumps can be entirely rotated by 180 degrees. This action allows its connection to any line.

The characteristics of PE include its very high abrasion resistance. This allows the pump suitable to be used around abrasive slurries. Moreover, the PTFE also resists all chemicals, even those that have a high temperature range.

Cast metal pumps

Usually, the sludge is chemically neutral when it has been conveyed through the filter press. Aside from that, it does not have any aggressive component. Generally, it has a rock power, grinding sludge, and oily or aqueous materials in the absence of chemically aggressive additives.

Basically, this requires the budget-friendly high pressure aluminium pumps. Moreover, the stainless steel is also recommended for those with high temperature and chemically aggressive sludge. This applies to temperatures around 110 degrees Celsius. Additionally, metal casting pumps are also suitable for the ATEX-certified models.
